A vintage Royal China serving plate from the Memory Lane collection, featuring a detailed red transferware scene of an old watermill tucked among trees and rocky hills. The familiar oak leaf and acorn border surrounds the scene, while simple handles on either side give this piece a particularly useful serving shape.
Made in Sebring, Ohio, Memory Lane dates to 1965 and has an easy, early American character that works beautifully mixed with ironstone, white dishes, and other red transferware. Use this piece for sandwiches, cookies, sliced cake or appetizers, or leave it out on a kitchen shelf when it’s not being passed around the table.
