A classic piece of American transferware, this vintage dinner plate is from Royal China’s Memory Lane collection. The rich red design features a farmhouse beside the water, cattle wading in the foreground, and a wonderfully detailed border of oak leaves and acorns. Made in Sebring, Ohio, the pattern dates to 1965.
At approximately 10 inches, it’s a full-size dinner plate that works just as well mixed into an everyday table as it does with other pieces of Memory Lane. The warm cream ironstone and red transferware also pair beautifully with simple white dishes, ironstone, and mismatched vintage patterns.
