Royal China’s Memory Lane pattern brings a pastoral American scene to the table in classic red transferware. A farmhouse beneath mature trees sits at the center, surrounded by a wonderfully detailed border of oak leaves and acorns. Made in Sebring, Ohio, the pattern dates to 1965 and has that familiar early American look that mixes easily with ironstone, simple white dishes, and other transferware.

At approximately 10 inches, this is a full-size dinner plate made for everyday use. It would also make a great serving plate for sandwiches, pastries or something sweet on the kitchen counter—the kind of vintage piece that doesn’t need a special occasion to come out.
