A distinctive pair of vintage brass chamberstick candle holders featuring unusual rocking gimbal mechanisms and broad, shallow drip pans.
Each candle cup and weighted stem is suspended within its surrounding frame, allowing it to rock back and forth while helping the candle remain upright. Round finger handles make the holders easy to carry, while the aged brass finish and intriguing mechanical design give them plenty of character.
Beautiful gathered on a dining table, mantel, or bedside, they are every bit as interesting without candles as they are when put to use.
Each measures approximately 5 inches wide by 5 inches tall.
In good vintage condition with naturally aged patina, surface wear, scattered spotting, and traces of candle wax consistent with age and use. Please review all photographs for condition details.
