Beautifully rendered in rich cobalt blue transferware, the center scene showcases Balmoral Castle surrounded by towering trees, rolling grounds, and grazing deer. An ornate floral and scroll border frames the landscape, making this platter equally suited for serving at the table or displaying as part of a blue and white collection.
Crafted in England by Enoch Wedgwood (Tunstall) Ltd., this platter measures approximately 12 inches long and is ideal for serving appetizers, sandwiches, pastries, vegetables, or desserts.
The platter is in very good vintage condition with light utensil wear consistent with age and use. The reverse shows typical light crazing and minor manufacturing imperfections expected in vintage English earthenware. No cracks or repairs were observed.
